Your place on the course will be confirmed only when the course fee has been paid in full.
If a confirmed booking is cancelled less than five working days prior to the scheduled event date, a cancellation fee amounting to 75% of the course fee will apply.
Alternatively, you may nominate a replacement attendee to take your place. Non-attendance at the course without prior notice (“no-shows”) will result in the full course fee being charged.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Should the course be rescheduled, Traffico will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
